Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


2. Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase.

  • You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund before your order is dispatched.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it will fall under our standard returns policy below.
  • Estimated dispatch for pre-orders will begin in July 2026.

3. Returns (Physical Books)

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • It is returned in its original packaging

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will offer either:

  • A replacement at no extra cost, or
  • A full refund (including original shipping costs)

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Signed copies
  • Personalized items
  • Digital products (e.g., eBooks, downloadable content)

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

7. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless faulty)
